This will be a one-day introductory workshop, covering a wide range of subjects and practical exercises. Here are some of the topics covered: Aura Colours and their meaning; Chakras: Sacred Power Centres; Stress management; Healing Powers of the Aura and Chakras; Raising the Kundalini Power; Meditation: The Art of Healing; How to Sense, Strengthen and Protect Your Aura; Aura Cleansing; Chakra Balancing.

The workshop concludes with a dramatic guided meditation
Incorporating Chant, Chakra Tones and Singing Bowls.

Paul Silverfox is a Reiki Master and Aura Photographer. He has dedicated his life to the pursuit of spiritual enlightenment through meditation, Shamanism, and the Qabalah. His spiritual career, which spans more than 35 years, has taken him to Egypt, Canada, and the U.S.A. where he lived for 10 years.

Paul is also a professional New Age Artist and musician.
